Working with the team on production GenAI and automation since October 2024. I now develop Cognigy voice and chat flows for a ServiceNow integration.
My work spans enterprise knowledge assistants, structured extraction from emails and attachments, and conversational support. Outside work, I build open-source GPU tools and operate a personal homelab.
